The Clarity+ app has been created to support Clarity Healthcare consumers participating in the Optimal Health Program.
With the Clarity+ app you can access the Optimal Health Program whenever you want and wherever you are 24hrs, 7 days a week.
Please note that to access the Clarity+ app you will need to first be added by a Clarity Healthcare staff member.
